The Challenge

The client came to us with a budget, a full-time job and no product. Home & Kitchen is one of Amazon's most crowded categories — thousands of near-identical listings fighting on price. Launching "just another product" would have burned the budget in months. The challenge: find a gap with real, provable demand, build a product that deserved page one, and get there without ever stocking out.

Our Strategy

Data first, ego last. Our product-hunting pod ran 200+ candidates through demand, margin and differentiation filters until one product survived — a bundle variation the top sellers had ignored. We engineered the offer around it: better materials, a kit instead of a single unit, and keyword-dominant positioning aimed at the exact search terms the incumbents were weak on. Launch, ranking and PPC were planned as one system, with inventory modelled so momentum never died waiting for a restock.

Execution

  • Product hunting & validation across 200+ candidates
  • Supplier sourcing, sampling & price negotiation
  • Keyword-dominant listing SEO, copywriting & A+ content
  • Launch campaign — page-one ranking on 14 core keywords
  • PPC structure: auto discovery → exact scaling, TACoS control
  • Inventory planning & restock windows — zero stockouts
  • TOS-compliant review acquisition — 4.8★ across 3 SKUs

RESULTS

The numbers
month by month.

"I interviewed five agencies before GEC. They were the only ones who told me what NOT to launch. Nine months later the brand clears more in a month than my salary did in a year — and I understand every number on the dashboard."
